Terms of Service

The service

Wield VA provides virtual assistant and marketing support services delivered by trained professionals who use AI tools on your behalf. Services are sold as monthly packages (tiers) based on deliverables, as described at the time of purchase.

Billing and cancellation

• Packages are billed monthly in advance.
• There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel before your next billing date and service continues through the end of the paid period.
• Add-on work is billed as agreed in writing before the work begins.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during onboarding and timely responses to requests that block work.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials, accounts, and customer data you share with us.
• Review deliverables before they are published where approval is part of your workflow.

Ownership

Work product created for you under a paid package belongs to you once paid for. Our internal systems, templates, training materials, and processes remain ours.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to perform your work. The Business Avatar profile we build for your company is used solely to serve your account.

Service standards and remedies

If a deliverable doesn't meet the agreed standard, we will revise it at no additional cost. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the issue arose.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement with notice before the next billing cycle. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
