• Service information: content and materials you share with your virtual assistant so we can perform work on your behalf (for example, access to marketing tools, brand assets, or customer lists).
• Website usage: basic analytics about how visitors use our site.

How we use it

• To evaluate fit and recommend a service tier
• To deliver the services you've engaged us for
• To build and maintain your Business Avatar — an internal profile of your business that allows our team to work without asking you to repeat yourself
• To communicate with you about your service

AI tools

Our team uses third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI) to produce work for clients. Information you share with us may be processed by these tools in the course of performing your work. We do not use your information to train AI models, and we limit what is shared to what is needed to complete the task.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with: (a) members of our team performing your work, (b) service providers we use to operate our business (such as email, scheduling, and payment tools), and (c) where required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep client information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@wieldai.com.
