This is a ground-floor role: you'll be our first client-facing VA, working directly with the founder and our very first client.
You'll use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Zapier, Mailchimp) as a core part of how you work — directing them skillfully, then applying human judgment, editing, and brand awareness to produce work that's genuinely good.
You never sit idle, and the client never wonders what's happening. When a task is done, you report it immediately. When you need something, you ask for exactly what you need in one simple message. Every client has a Business Avatar — an AI-built profile of their brand voice, goals, and customers — so you never have to guess how they want things to sound.
This is a task-based role, not an hourly one. Each client package comes with a fixed deliverable budget — you're paid for work delivered to standard, not time logged. No hour reports, no time trackers. As we grow, you can delegate to specialist VAs and share the budget — building toward a project-manager role.
Bonus: Canva, Zapier, CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel), Google Business Profile, copywriting, proposal writing, or prior work with US small businesses.
